Position Open Smart Services Srl is looking for a technical figure to support the management of SAP systems at a public administration in the EUR zone. Location Public Administration – Rome, EUR (full-time presence) Key Responsibilities Gestione e manutenzione dei sistemi SAP Monitoraggio performance e stabilità dei sistemi Applicazione patch e aggiornamenti Creazione, modifica e gestione utenti e ruoli Supporto alle problematiche di autorizzazioni e stampa Installazione e configurazione ambienti SAP (DEV, TEST, PROD) Attività di System Copy e Refresh Gestione ticket e risoluzione incident Configurazione certificati SSL/TLS Amministrazione della piattaforma SAP BusinessObjects Gestione connettori BW Pianificazione e gestione riavvi dei server Apertura/chiusura al customizing Consultazione e applicazione note SAP Supporto ai processi mensili critici Gestione trasporti e Change Request Pianificazione, monitoraggio e risoluzione problemi dei job di background What We Offer A stable context, clear procedures and an already present technical team on site.
