Assistant Sales & Account Management - Verona (all genders) Holidu is seeking an Assistant Sales & Account Management for Verona, Italy. This role supports the onboarding of new homeowners, assists Sales Representatives in signing vacation rental owners to the platform, and contributes to special campaigns to improve customer performance. The position is limited to 6 months and is suitable for individuals starting their career or seeking initial experience in Sales & Account Management. Your role in this journey Support Account Managers with new homeowners onboarding and respond to post-booking questions. Assist Sales Representatives in signing vacation rental owners to the Holidu platform, supporting from closing to onboarding and ensuring Holidu meets their needs. Contribute to special campaigns aimed at increasing customer performance. Grow to become the point of contact for all accounts outside of our focus regions. Your backpack is filled with Positive mindset and empathetic interpersonal skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Independent work attitude and good time management. Near-native Italian and fluent English (written and spoken). Nice to have: Completed or near-completed degree in tourism, economics, business administration or related fields.
