Customer Service Associate Job Description The primary function of a customer service associate is to act as the central hub of information between customers, sales, technical teams, and other stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. You will be involved in various tasks such as issuing quotes, entering orders, overseeing transports, invoicing, and responding to emails. After-sales services are also an integral part of your daily responsibilities.
