About BIP BIP works vertically on Google Cloud (GCP) platforms, specializing in consulting and innovative services in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Data, and Martech. Responsibilities Operate on the GCP Data Platform, implementing batch or real‑time processing pipelines, transforming and processing structured and unstructured data. Be autonomous in acquiring, storing, cleansing, anonymising/crypting/masking data, handling nulls and outliers, aggregating, and structuring unstructured data. Create KPI quality metrics and prepare data for various users, including: Data Scientists who use datasets for machine‑learning model development. Data visualisation and business‑intelligence tools. Relational databases and non‑relational stores (e.g., Data Warehouse, Graph DB, NoSQL). External applications via API logic (e.g., REST API). Receive machine‑learning models from data scientists, optimise for scalable execution (e.g., parallelisation), and integrate or schedule them for efficient automated execution. Build and evolve complex pipelines, maximise reuse, quality, efficiency, performance, documentation, and order. Provide advisory for selecting the most suitable GCP services and optimising existing ones. Engage with clients, vendors, partners, and ensure solutions meet client requirements and expectations. Actively contribute to the community with research, scouting, new solution concepts, and business development. Qualifications Experience implementing and managing cloud‑based data platforms. In‑depth knowledge of Google GCP and related services (e.g., DataFlow, Composer, Data Fusion, Vertex). Understanding of modern data platform concepts (Big Data, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Virtualisation, Data Mesh, Governance). Experience designing data models and building/maintaining pipelines for ETL. Proficiency in one or more programming and querying languages (SQL, Java, Ruby, Python, R). Experience with structured and unstructured database technologies (e.g., Bigquery, Cloud SQL, Firestore). Google Professional Data Engineer certification or equivalent is a plus.
