We partner with engineering and production teams to enhance reliability and repeatability of our test systems, improve throughput, and accelerate transition.Key Job ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain automated test systems, TestStand sequences, and Python/LabVIEW-based test frameworks in high-paced production environmentsPerform hardware/software integration and real-time troubleshooting on the manufacturing floorConfigure and integrate test equipment with automation systemsSet up and maintain automated testing platforms (TestStand, LabVIEW)Implement data collection, reporting tools, and automated notification systemsManage version control and change management processes for automation toolsConfigure and maintain CI/CD pipelinesProvide technical support and training for laboratory automation usersCreate comprehensive documentation for automated systems and proceduresDebug communication issues between test equipment and control systemsSupport Manufacturing Engineers and Lab Technicians on test station issuesUnderstanding of test station network infrastructureBasic Qualifications1+ years of consumer electronics lab environments experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experienceExperience in software QA testing including writing test plans, use cases, and issue reportsExperience in a consumer electronics lab environmentExperience in a Linux or Unix environmentExperience working on a consumer hardware or software productPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Jenkins build environmentsExperience configuring, deploying, and testing software updates, including the ability to identify issues and escalate to development as appropriateExperience running user trials, beta, field testing or collecting customer feedbackExperience working with hardware and software teams for setting up, testing, and troubleshooting prototype devicesEqual Opportunity EmploymentAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.AccommodationsIf you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information. The base pay for this position ranges from $73,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $165,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
