Posizione: Field Engineer Adecco ricerca per importante azienda che opera nel settore della stampa digitale un profilo di Field Engineer. Il candidato/a ideale dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti mansioni:

Ricevere, gestire ed effettuare interventi Hardware ricevuti via mail e via telefonica

Ricevere e gestire telefonicamente oppure in RDP delle richieste d’intervento su sedi di Milano

Supporto al tecnico residente su sede di Milano per problematiche generiche di stampa

Analisi della problematica di stampa con applicativi connessi: AS400, SAP

Installazione e gestione dei driver su PC, supporto ad utenti Mac per utilizzo dei driver di stampa

Gestione, ordine e consegna della carta da fotocopie presso le postazioni di stampa

Gestione ordine e consegna dei toner alle postazioni di stampa

Gestire le richieste interne di movimentazione stampanti e multifunzioni per cambio ubicazione

Installazione su server di stampa di eventuali nuove stampanti/multifunzioni

Gestione base dell’utente da Uniflow: attivazione badge di accesso, assegnazione codice PIN di accesso, gestione delle autorizzazioni di stampa dell’utente

Interazione con Sistemisti dell'azienda per eventuali altre problematiche inerenti Uniflow e Server di Stampa

Gestione delle problematiche di stampa da Mobile (iPhone-iPad)

Si richiedono i seguenti requisiti:

Diploma tecnico

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Ottima conoscenza di sistemi informatici

Si offre un contratto in somministrazione a tempo determinato iniziale di 6 mesi con proroghe. Inquadramento 3 livello del CCNL Commercio + ticket per il pranzo da € 8,05.
