Market Development Engineer IP&E

As a Market Development Engineer specializing in IP&E technologies (Interconnect, Passive, and Electromechanical), you will:
Determine, develop, scale, and lead the implementation of successful, comprehensive solution programs that accelerate market, sales, and profit growth within the associated Arrow Vertical Market/Business segment.
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy in assigned markets or business segments.
Collaborate with various Arrow & Supplier business units and functional organizations to lead, develop, and implement technology + commercial programs leading to sales and profit growth within the assigned market/business segment.
What will you be doing? You will:
Specialize in key market segments and technologies of the business, as assigned within the dedicated Vertical.
Own the go-to-market strategy plan for the assigned market/business segment.
Conduct business strategy activities including total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioning.
Collaborate with the BU on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities.
Work with suppliers, product management, and other resources to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities.
Create, gain approvals for, and execute comprehensive products and service offers.
Contribute to the development of communication programs and materials for business development.
Evaluate, recommend, and manage supplier and channel programs.
Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs.
Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities.
Build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers.
Be involved with supplier web training for new products and promotions.
What are we looking for? We are looking for individuals with:
Experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product management.
Experience in IP&E and engineering and business strategy.
Strong sales skills and willingness for business travel.
English language skills - fluently in writing and spoken.
Italian language skills (native or C1).
Expertise in engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
Track record in delivering results in market/segment management or development of comprehensive solution offers in the business-to-business industry.
Understanding of performance measurement tools and technology.
Demonstration of project/team leadership and collaboration skills.
