Trive Financial Services Malta Ltd. (Trive Malta) serves our clients in Europe with branches in Germany and Spain. Trive Malta is preparing to open its third branch in Milan, Italy. We are looking for a branch manager who will be resident in Milan, to join our team. Job Description Ensure proper establishment of the branch in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop logistics and infrastructure of the branch. Build the teams and manage the sales, marketing, and customer care departments. Develop and implement strategic growth concepts and business goals for the Italy market. Develop and implement marketing strategies for the market, mainly through digital campaigns. Coordinate with the relevant teams at Trive Malta for product development, compliance, risk and other functions. Ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures, at all times. Communicate with CONSOB and other relevant authorities regarding all regulatory issues. Monitor operational, business, and behavioral risks. Reporting to the CEO and the board of directors of Trive Financial Services Malta Ltd.. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of financial instruments, such as CFD, equities, derivatives and ETFs. Experience in management of sales and business development teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Resident in Milan. Fluent in Italian and English. Additional languages are a plus.
