Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Global Commercial Insights Lead role will make an impact:As the Global Commercial Insights Lead you will lead a team to provide critical qualitative business insights that will drive the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of data analytics strategies, projects, as well as managing the team's day-to-day activities and ensuring that deliverables are met on time and with a high level of quality.Key responsibilities for this role include:Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and direction to ensure their success in meeting business goalsDevelop and execute a qualitative data analytics strategy that supports the company's overall business objectives for key stakeholders including Global Marketing, Portfolio, and othersAnalyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address critical business challenges and opportunitiesDrive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, promoting a culture of analytics and insightsDevelop and execute a competitive intelligence program that provides insights into our competitors' strategies, strengths, and weaknessesStay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in analytics and insights, and share knowledge with the team and the broader organizationMonitor and analyze industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that maximize market share and profitabilityDeliver insights and recommendations to senior executives and other key stakeholders to inform business strategyThe minimum qualifications for this role are:Extensive experience in leading a team of analysts, with a demonstrated history of delivering actionable insights that drive business resultsBachelor's or advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and identify patterns and trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences with high proficiency in EnglishProven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-makingExperience with data visualization tools and techniquesStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersExperience in competitive intelligence, including the development and execution of competitive intelligence programs and analyzing and interpreting competitor dataAbility to present insights and recommendations to senior executives and other key stakeholdersAt Viatris, we offer competitive salaries, benefits and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.
