Description Overview

Are you naturally curious by nature? Are you proactive and passionate about Medical Marketing? We are hiring an experienced Global Marketing Manager to work on a key strategic global category in one of our European Head Offices.

Scope of the Role

In this role, you will:

Be the medical marketing lead, coordinating and influencing the cross-functional team & senior management stakeholders. Develop 5Y medical marketing strategy to define a clear roadmap by category Anticipate HCP trends, competition & new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy roadmap. Actively collaborate with top tier countries & categories across Europe Partner with Brand Teams and Scientific Affairs to deliver Scientific Strategy to the chosen brands Work with Scientific Affairs Manager to deliver scientific content (CMEs, webinars) within the Medical Channel to support brand strategies and drive HCP recommendations for our products.  Lead the planning, creation and development of the medical marketing materials across all touchpoints Optimize medical marketing mix (ex. E-detailers; branded websites and media). Develop strong relationships with counterparts in medical marketing and cross-functionally Gather and analyse insights through internal or external experts, to ensure effectiveness of programs and content. Have an end-to-end understanding of the external medical channel environment Track and evaluate all competitive activity in the medical channel to provide recommendations to business

Experience Required


To qualify for the role, we’d like an experienced medical marketer (5 years +) preferably in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG and someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.

Leadership skills with a proven record as a strategic thinker and equally the ability to execute with excellence Stakeholder management skills able to influence peers, leadership, exec and local teams Proven track record in generating growth through creative thinking, medical marketing plans A strong drive for results, can do attitude and performance tracking  Analytical skills and ability to build KPIs Passion & drive

Must haves: 

Moderate travel: 20-30% of the time  Advanced English Experience analysing market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, IRI,…)
