yrs of proven experience in HR strategy development and implementation, preferably in a global organization, within pharmaceutical industry. You have strong background in organisational development and talent management, and you are experienced in designing and delivering employee development and training programme.In addition, you have: •
Excellent skills in employee engagement and talent acquisition. •
Strong analytical skills to support organisational design and workforce planning. •
Ability to guide resourcing needs, career development, and succession planning. •
Experience in a global organisation. •
Familiarity with advanced HR technologies and systems. •
Strong communication and interpersonal skills •
