Main responsabilities:
Support the Global development functions (BD/R&D/Global Marketing) in the Portfolio Strategy management and development initiatives for the organic and inorganic growth: drawing up of Business Cases for the evaluation of new initiatives: R&D projects and/or M&A transactions and/or business new investments or divestments prioritization and optimization of R&D projects preparation of monthly R&D projects and resource allocation reports buddies with business partners on all elements of financial performance and strategy propose and deliver projects to improve the business analysis, and continuously boost the business information processes;
Support the Global Development Functions (BD/R&D/Global Marketing) in achieving their financial targets (that are of a full P&L for BD, being them responsible also of the Corporate Customers business unit) by:
playing a key role during the annual budget and other planning processes, setting timetable, providing correct data on time and challenging constructively the business while defining the targets; Prepare management reporting for the function leaders, with valuable analysis and explanations on period end performance and variances vs planned figures; Set up ad hoc financial analysis & KPIs to provide insights on business performance, to support the decision taking process; Competenze ed esperienza BA in Economics or relevant fields; 8-10 years of experience in Finance, also covering a managerial role, within multinational companies, investment banks or management consulting firms; experience in pharmaceuticals or medical device field. Fluency in English and Italian (written & spoken) is a must; Ability to understand business models and build business plans; Excellent knowledge of forecasting methods and ability to design and measure KPIs; Strong analytical skills, previous experience in data analytics and/or data mining Excellent mastering of data visualization and story telling techniques; Excellent usage of Excel and Office Suite; experience in using SAC software platform is a plus;
