Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:.
Attività commerciale diretta su clienti target, gestione di trattative, negoziazioni complesse e strategiche per lo sviluppo del total business.
· In linea con la strategia aziendale monitora e persegue obiettivi di fatturato e margine, ne verifica e monitora la fattibilità, definisce tempi e metodi.
lavora in ottica di cross selling con la rete delle filiali e Divisioni di Synergie Ai candidat* che andremo ad incontrare si richiede: Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo all’interno del settore delle Agenzie per il Lavoro, o alternativamente conoscenza del mercato di riferimento (FOOD, beni di largo consumo, fast moving consumer goods), competenza nella gestione di negoziazioni e trattative complesse e l'essere motivati verso responsabilità legate al raggiungimento di obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi Disponibilità a trasferte e alla mobilità su tutto il territorio nazionale.
