Drive incremental growth for the Chemical Analysis Division's Environmental & Process Monitoring business in South- and East Europe. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Develop and execute Go-To-Market plans to drive sales growth in the region. Conduct market research to understand competitor strengths and vulnerabilities. Develop and implement sales strategies to respond to competitor activity.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, advanced degrees preferred. 5+ years of sales experience with a documented track record of success. 2+ years of experience as an indirect people and/or distribution manager. Must have sold capital pieces of equipment. Ability to travel 50%+ across the assigned territory. Strong technical knowledge of the chemical and/or environmental industry and experience selling in those markets. Self-starter and able to work on your own. Ability to prospect new business and have a "hunter" attitude. Strong communication skills – orally and written in English. Strong organizational and time management skills.
