Electricians and Sell Out Channel Marketing Specialist. Mission: La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di supportare le attività volte allo sviluppo e all’animazione del Sell Out attraverso iniziative e promozioni dedicate What will you do? In particolare la/il candidata/o prescelto sarà responsabile di: · Analizzare e monitorare le attività legate ai piani promozionali di Sell-Out, proposte dai Responsabili Sell-Out di Area (RSO), in coerenza con la strategia impostata sul distributore e con il budget a disposizione · Pianificare, lanciare e monitorare le promozioni istituzionali, coordinandosi con gli specialisti Distribuzione per: -Raccogliere e analizzare i bisogni per la definizione del piano annuale -Definire i piani promozionali e i contenuti, in collaborazione con il Product Marketing e con i Responsabili di Clientela -Presentare i lanci promozionali a tutti gli stakeholders -Coordinare le promozioni in prospettiva omni-channel (incluso digital Web), lavorando in sinergia con il MarCom per dare visibilità alle iniziative e aumentarne l’efficacia -Coordinare e definire le promozioni locali attraverso un processo di standardizzazione con la definizione di toolkit · Relazionarsi con le agenzie nel territorio, in collaborazione con i Resposabili Sell Out, per poter: -Analizzare e monitorare i Transfer Order -Pianificare la formazione -Supportare nei piani di assessment delle agenzie · Interfacciarsi con riferimento clientela Electricians Corporate per implementare strategie sulla stessa clientela diffusa insieme ai Resposabili Sell Out Italia · Proseguire lo sviluppo e l’aggiornamento continuo dell’App SE4YOU: -Coordinamento normative e regolamento -Animazione e sviluppo in linea con le decisioni prese a livello Italia -Gestione Analytics, garantendo qualità e regolarità nella reportistica, per poter cogliere elementi significativi da discutere con i vari interlocutori interni · Valorizzare e sviluppare il progetto di fidelizzazione degli Electricians: -Analizzare i dati di utilizzo, sia in termini di contenuto (pagine, news) di maggior interesse che di analisi sugli utenti attivi -Organizzare un piano di sviluppo e di recruiting di clienti, partendo dalle diverse fonti a disposizione (bFO, APP, Marketo, promo clienti, ecc).
