Roma e provinciaSiamo alla ricerca di un/una HR Manager con consolidata esperienza nel mondo delle risorse umane che si occupi di strutturare ex novo, un dipartimento HR ed assumere un ruolo apicale.
La risorsa, con diretto riporto al Managing Director, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
Creare ex novo il dipartimento delle Risorse Umane e, ancor prima, promuovere all'interno dell'azienda, la cultura delle risorse umane;Determinare l'indirizzo strategico ed operativo dell'intero processo di gestione delle risorse umane;Pianificare e gestire il fabbisogno organizzativo;Occuparsi di budget, costi e Comp&Ben;Strutturare i piani di Welfare per i dipendenti;Interfacciarsi con i consulenti esterni (legal e consulenti del lavoro;Creare rapporti con enti ed associazioni di categoria;Creare canali di job placement con scuole, università e accademie professionaliCreare i piani di sviluppo del potenziale umano;Creare un sistema di misurazione e valutazione delle competenze con conseguente implementazione di sistemi di misurazione e valutazione delleperformance per incrementare il benessere delle persone e la produttività aziendale;Indagini di clima organizzativo ed eventuale risoluzione di criticità;Gestire gli aspetti più hard delle risorse umane:
aspetti normativi e contrattualistica.Requisiti:
Proattività, dinamicità, flessibilità, orientamento al risultato, volontà di sposare il Importante Azienda e, dunque, rendersi disponibile a trasferte nazionali ed internazionali.
