text-align: right; font-weight: normal; vertical-align:text-top; padding-right: 20px; } .custom_job_right { padding-left: 40px; } .custom_job_right li {list-style:discimportant; } SocietàBanca Mediolanum SpaPosizioneMarket Intelligence Specialist - ProtezioneResponsabilità primarieL'unità Market Intelligence, all’interno della Direzione Servizi di Investimento e Assicurativi, si occupa di indagare e monitorare in modo approfondito e fattuale le dinamiche dei mercati di riferimento, il posizionamento dei competitor e le evidenze del territorio al fine di supportare la Banca e le singole Direzioni del Gruppo nell’inquadramento delle decisioni strategiche.Siamo alla ricerca di un Market Intelligence Specialist dedicato all’ambitoassicurativo, principalmente ramo danni (no auto), che, con competenza ed entusiasmo, possa contribuire a generare valore verso gli stakeholder interni ed affrontare al meglio le sfide che il contesto ci pone.La persona lavorerà con gli altri specialisti dell’ufficio, a diretto riporto del Responsabile di Market Intelligence e a stretto contatto con il senior team della funzione, occupandosi di progettualità di sviluppo interno e di specifici ambiti aziendali.In particolare, si occuperà di:garantire un supporto specialistico nel monitoraggio dei trend che impattano l’arena competitiva delle assicurazioni (principalmente danni) in Italia e in Europa;comprendere e risolvere al meglio le esigenze di business, attraverso un’analisi a 360 dei profili dei competitor;generare evidenze di business finalizzate alla definizione di opzioni strategiche per la Banca;svolgere analisi e costruire reportistiche con scadenza predefinita o a richiesta;comunicare in maniera costruttiva e collaborativa con le altre strutture della Banca e con i fornitori;collaborare nella definizione di un piano di medio termine per lo sviluppo e la crescita dell’area di interesse e competenza.Profilo competenzeSkills principali:laurea in discipline economiche o statistiche;pregressa esperienza di 3 / 4 anni in ruoli analoghi o in società del settore/in primarie società di consulenza in ambiti quali marketing strategico, product management, market intelligence, competitive intelligence;ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;inglese fluente;business acumen specifico in ambito assicurativo;capacità di analizzare dinamiche di business complesse;resilienza, capacità di problem solving e di lavorare in team; capacità di adottare uno stile imprenditoriale;orientamento al risultato ed attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi;aver conseguito un Master in Business Admnistration è considerato un plus.Sede di lavoro: Basiglio (Milano 3city).
