Descrizione dell'aziendaPer un nostro cliente, prestigiosa azienda produttrice di abbigliamento e di accessori di altissima gamma, siamo alla ricerca di un: GLOBAL SALES DIRECTORArea: Italia, USA, Far East e Russia. Descrizione del lavoroLa risorsa, riportando all' AD, si occuperà di:Definire la strategia di business e curare la sua implementazione sul mercato;Collaborare con la Direzione Generale al raggiungimento degli obiettivi generali e di profitto;Gestire grandi progetti a livello internazionale;Fornire le linee guida per la ricerca e lo sviluppo dell’organizzazione;Assicurare l’attuazione delle direttive e dei piani nei termini previsti, gestendo efficacemente le risorse sul territorio;Sviluppare relazioni commerciali con clienti esistenti e potenziali;Pianificare e gestire il budget e il forecast di vendita;QualificheIl candidato ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:Laurea che costituirà titolo preferenziale;Pregressa esperienza maturata in ambito di abbigliamento di alta fascia e di calzature di lusso; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e dei principali interlocutori a livello internazionale;

nello specifico è richiesta esperienza sia sul territorio Italiano sia sul territorio estero, in particolare nei mercati USA, Far East, Russia;Esperienza nella redazione ed implementazione di piani strategici e di gestione di risorse commerciali;Conoscenza approfondita dei seguenti canali di vendita: proprietà, franchising, outlet, distributori, e nell' e-commerce;Capacità di analizzare dati, pianificare attività composite, gestire budget e valutare i risultati raggiunti;Predisposizione al problem solving;L'azienda offre contratto a tempo indeterminato a livello dirigenziale con importante fisso, interessante variabile ed auto ad uso promiscuo.Informazioni aggiuntiveStrategicPeople Srl, società di Head Hunting, proprietaria dei due brandStrategicPeople e SalesPeople, recentemente si è aggregata con TIM Management Srl, una delle società leader da 35 anni nell’Interim Management in Italia e parte del network globale Wil Group.In un mercato estremamente frammentato, con oltre 1200 società di consulenza organizzativa, finanziaria e di ricerca di personale operanti in Italia, il nuovo gruppo, con un fatturato aggregato previsto per il 2022 di circa 6 milioni di euro e forte dell’esperienza di altro profilo di 11 senior partners, si va’ posizionare tra le aziende leader del settore e fornisce una gamma di servizi completa, grazie alle sinergie e alle relazioni tra i partner.
