Il ruolo prevede la

responsabilità dell’organizzazione

logistica degli eventi/convegni fisici o in formato digitale in tutte le loro fasi e della soddisfazione del cliente relativamente all’esperienza di partecipazione agli eventi di IKN. Skills fondamentali per il ruolo sono: capacità di organizzazione, capacità di gestione e controllo budget, rispetto delle tempistiche e puntualità nelle scadenze, predisposizione alla negoziazione, attenzione al dettaglio, spirito di iniziativa, proattività, problem solving, capacità di lavoro in team e di interfacciarsi con gli altri reparti aziendali coinvolti nella realizzazione del progetto. Requisiti richiesti esperienza pregressa nell’organizzazione eventi Capacità di lavorare in autonomia sia in team di progetto Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi Buon livello di conoscenza della lingua Inglese Flessibilità e forte propensione al cambiamento e all’innovazione, anche tecnologica Candidati per questa posizione
