Siamo alla ricerca di un giovane e dinamico tecnico per unirsi al nostro team e contribuire al continuo sviluppo del nostro dipartimento di Facility Management . La figura si dovrà occupare di attività di Facility Management nel settore Real Estate.
Nello specifico, l’attività richiede la gestione manutentiva di immobili distribuiti su tutto il territorio nazionale, coordinando eventualmente l’attività di professionisti e squadre manutentive locali. Gestione dell’ operatività della/le commesse , rispondendo al Project Manager, ponendo attenzione a garantire qualità e tempestività dei servizi erogati nell’ambito delle stesse;
Monitoraggio degli immobili e relativa programmazione ed organizzazione dei servizi ed attività necessarie al corretto mantenimento degli stessi, con l’impiego dei fornitori concordati, cercando di perseguire i criteri di economicità nel rispetto di livelli prestazionali richiesti;
Buone capacità gestionali ed organizzative , che consentano il coordinamento ed il controllo di più attività contemporanee e connesse tra loro;
Conoscenza base del pacchetto Office (editor di testo, fogli di calcolo, posta elettronica);
Esperienza base nella gestione cantieristica
Conoscenza base software Autocad
Inserimento in un gruppo immobiliare italiano storico, full service provider e quotato in Borsa.
