Stevanato Group is one of the world's largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. To strengthen our growth, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.
Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization
Build and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage
Collaborate with the Sales Division, involving subject matter experts across the Stevanato Group organization depending on the scope and impact of projects, to support a consultative sales approach and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing
~Proven track record of gaining and maintaining lasting customer relationships
~ Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel
~ Full proficiency in Italian and English, a third language is a plus
