Il gruppo si è caratterizzato per un approccio SMART alle evoluzioni tecnologiche e di mercato e, focalizzandosi fin dall’inizio sull’Industry 4.0, ed è diventato un vero hub distributore di soluzioni, di servizi e di competenza. Con 113 punti vendita e oltre 1000 collaboratori altamente qualificati l’azienda rappresenta circa l’8% del mercato italiano. PROFILO E RESPONSABILITA’ La risorsa avrà un ruolo di back office sulla Regione Liguria e si occuperà di affiancare e supportare la rete vendita di competenza in tutte le fasi del processo di vendita. In particolare si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Consulenza in fase di progettazione e preventivazione; Supporto tecnico in fase di negoziazione; Analisi e sviluppo specifiche tecniche, conversione di prodotti e soluzioni; Consulenza post-vendita per approfondimenti e/o problematiche; Ricerca e propone ai clienti, in affiancamento ai commerciali, le soluzioni più idonee all’esigenza impiantistica; Raccoglie dati e informazioni di mercato su concorrenti e marchi presenti nell’area di competenza e trasferisce con regolarità le relative informazioni; Partecipa ai programmi di formazione tecnica organizzati dall'Accademy interna e dai fornitori per aggiornamenti sulle principali soluzioni tecniche e novità di prodotto; Partecipa alle fiere di settore. REQUISITI DELLA RISORSA Competenza tecnica pregressa e/o conoscenze solide nel settore Quadri; Capacità analitiche e di lettura P&L di settore; Orientamento al cliente e al business; Approccio positivo e propositivo; Pianificazione e programmazione dell’attività; Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative; Predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo e al confronto; COSA OFFRIAMO In Comoli Ferrari troverai un ambiente di lavoro in continua crescita ed espansione, un contesto che permetterà ad ogni risorsa di mettersi in gioco e di raggiungere il proprio potenziale.
