Business Development Manager – Spain or Italy
We are seeking a self-motivated, commercially minded and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Central/Western Europe region. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP responses, contract negotiations, accurate CRM management, forecasting and required administrative duties.
Drive strategic sales activities in line with annual revenue and growth targets.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, taking proactive action through relationship building, negotiation, and creative problem-solving.
Identify, engage and onboard new business partners (distributors, VARs, resellers) or end-customers.
Represent the organisation at customer meetings, sales events, and industry exhibitions to strengthen brand presence and generate ROI.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar Business Development or Sales role, ideally within a relevant technology or security-related market.
Experience working with integrators, access control, security or asset management technologies is an advantage.
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across the region, including regular overnight and international travel.
Fluency in English is essential.

A permanent employment contract.
