La società gestisce circa €1,4 miliardi attraverso quattro fondi: Tages Helios, Helios II, Helios Net Zero e Tages Credit Fund .   Nel contesto della crescita della propria offerta, nel 2025 Tages ha lanciato Tages Infra Plus , un fondo infrastrutturale generalista con strategia value-add e target di raccolta di €500 milioni, focalizzato su: Infrastrutture digitali Trasporti e logistica Economia circolare Transizione energetica Infrastrutture socio-sanitarie Per supportare la crescita dell’organizzazione, Tages Capital SGR è alla ricerca di un/una Investment Vice President (7–10 anni di esperienza) da inserire nel team di investimento infrastrutturale, con particolare focus su Tages Infra Plus. Descrizione del ruolo La risorsa sarà coinvolta in tutte le fasi del processo di investimento e di gestione del portafoglio: Screening e analisi delle opportunità di investimento Gestione end-to-end del processo di investimento, dallo screening al closing (valutazione, due diligence, offerte, documentazione contrattuale) Negoziazione di contratti di compravendita e patti parasociali, anche con co-investitori Redazione di info memorandum e documentazione per i comitati di investimento Gestione e monitoraggio degli investimenti post-acquisizione Monitoraggio della performance dei fondi in gestione Profilo richiesto 7–10 anni di esperienza in Investment Banking/M&A, fondi infrastrutturali, Private Equity o ruoli M&A/Strategy in contesti corporate infrastrutturali Background in investimenti infrastrutturali in uno o più settori di investimento di Tages Infra Plus, con preferenza per: Trasporti e logistica Infrastrutture digitali Economia circolare Infrastrutture socio-sanitarie Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire più progetti in parallelo Ottime capacità analitiche e di comunicazione Inglese fluente (la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus) Perché Tages Tages Capital SGR è in una fase di forte crescita e sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, e offre rapide opportunità di crescita professionale ed elevata esposizione ai processi decisionali per il candidato ideale.   Sede di Lavoro: Milano
