CORPORATE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – INTERNATIONAL BANK On behalf of a top-tier international banking group, we are conducting a confidential search for a Corporate Relationship Manager to manage and grow its corporate client portfolio in Italy. This is a strategic and high-profile role for an experienced professional with proven ability to work with senior corporate decision-makers. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in high-value corporate transactions, collaborating closely with senior executives and delivering solutions that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Own and expand a portfolio of corporate clients. Deliver tailored financial solutions across credit, guarantees, cash management, trade finance, and project finance. Collaborate with branch teams and headquarters departments to structure and close complex deals. Prepare proposals and documentation to support strategic decisions. Negotiate financial structures and legal agreements, ensuring compliant, practical, and client-focused outcomes. Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with KYC/AML and internal policies. Support business development and networking initiatives to strengthen the bank’s market presence. Profile Extensive experience (10–15 years) in corporate banking within Italy, managing major corporate clients and overseeing complex financial transactions. In-depth knowledge of the Italian corporate market, with a well-established network of senior decision-makers. Strong expertise across financial products, with a proven ability to design innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and delivering measurable business results. Excellent command of Italian and English, with availability for both domestic and international travel. Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and results-driven, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Proven capabilities in leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling effective execution of complex projects. Strong analytical mindset, combined with communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills, to manage high-value client relationships effectively.
