Nello specifico, per nostra azienda cliente, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Luxury Head of Retail.
Gestire lo staff e i 5 manager a suo diretto riporto, seguendo tutte le categorie merceologiche
Garantire la corretta e completa attuazione della politica commerciale nei punti vendita e del modello di servizio aziendale.
Curare l’immagine aziendale sia dei punti vendita che del personale.
Contribuire ad una efficace animazione degli spazi commerciali dei punti vendita dell’area attraverso l’applicazione delle indicazioni di visual merchandising.
Gestire l'intera categoria di prodotti ed assicurare la gestione ottimale delle politiche di assortimento dei prodotti presso lo spazio di vendita, l’ottimizzazione degli spazi, della rotazione dei prodotti.


Conoscenza delle dinamiche dello Store, il profilo ideale è cresciuto all’interno del punto vendita
Esperienza internazionale nella gestione di grandi team
Esperienza internazionale a livello di gestione di Store
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
