Posizione: Technical Project Engineer Descrizione del ruolo: La risorsa sarà responsabile del coordinamento e dell’ottimizzazione dei processi industriali e della gestione dei progetti correlati, contribuendo all’efficienza e alla continuità operativa degli impianti. Opererà a stretto contatto con i team di produzione, manutenzione e automazione per garantire l’implementazione di soluzioni tecnologiche e il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e qualità. Responsabilità principali: Coordinare e ottimizzare processi industriali complessi. Gestire progetti di implementazione e miglioramento di impianti e sistemi tecnologici. Collaborare con i team di produzione e manutenzione per garantire efficienza, sicurezza e conformità normativa. Supportare l’integrazione di sistemi di automazione e supervisione nei processi produttivi. Contribuire alla redazione di documentazione tecnica e report di progetto. Requisiti: Conoscenza di impianti industriali e sistemi di automazione e/o supervisione. Ottime capacità analitiche, organizzative e di problem solving. Buone doti di comunicazione e lavoro in team. Esperienza in ambito farmaceutico o in ambienti regolamentati. Conoscenza di metodologie di project management.
