Business Development Manager - Human Health/OTC or Animal Health Location: Fully remote – Europe Travel: ~50% – includes international client visits and major trade shows Compensation: Reflecting seniority and scope – strong base + uncapped margin-based commission Own your territory. You'll lead commercial growth across either the Human Health/OTC or Animal Health portfolio - owning your territory, shaping your strategy, and selling into major multinational accounts. What You'll Be Doing Lead B2B ingredient sales across your assigned region ( Europe) Manage and grow a portfolio of $100K+/month accounts Sell into multinational Human or Animal Health clients Deliver tailored solutions through collaboration with internal sourcing and regulatory teams Represent the brand at major international trade shows (CPhI, Vitafoods, DCAT) What You'll Bring A proven track record in ingredient-level sales to multinational clients Experience with aligned products (e.g., Trizepatide, APAP, Benzocaine, Lincomycin) Confidence in regulated sales environments (FDA/EMA/GMP) Clear examples of volumes sold and named accounts owned Who This Suits You've led ingredient sales in regulated markets and know how to navigate complex buyers.
