About the Role:">As an Operations Manager, you will lead a team or process from day one, making a significant impact on Amazon's operations and logistics.You will be responsible for training and integrating your team, while driving progress and excellence in the area of Customer Fulfillment operations.Your sound judgement will ensure that targets are realistic and achievable, and you will have a hand in creating the future of operations and logistics.Job Responsibilities:">You will be an inspiring leader in one of the following areas within the FC operations: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack or Ship.Or you might work at one of our Delivery Stations, where you will work to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes.Key Requirements:">You will safeguard your team's safety while at work.You will uphold Amazon's high standards of quality.You will demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities.You will strive to improve and streamline processes.What You'll Get:">A competitive salary of around €55,000 per year, based on the role's requirements and location.The opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment with a wide range of skills and expertise.A positive and self-motivated team with just the right combination of leadership skills and professional business acumen.About Us:">Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L.
