**Introduction**
IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change.
We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
We are looking a person to help clients transform their businesses by supporting mobile business and operating model strategy and transformation plan development by understanding key mobile market trends and the change for businesses they are driving.
Key responsibilities:
- leading/facilitating Mobile Innovation Workshops with both business and technical participants,
- conducting mobile market research, maturity assessments,
- developing mobility strategies and roadmaps,
- design mobile solutions (tech and processes) to fit healthcare market needs
- work in a multidisciplinary team
- manage projects in a client facing role
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Agile Governance e Development
- DevOps (optional ma gradito)
- Design Thinking
- Healthcare Processes Knowledge
- Italian speaking
- Knowledge of HL7:
