Le manager HSE est responsable de la mise en œuvre du programme HS « construction » en France en relation avec toutes les parties prenantes concernées, notamment l'équipe « construction », afin de développer une véritable culture HS, de satisfaire aux objectifs HS du groupe dans le respect de toutes les réglementations en vigueur et dans le cadre d'une démarche d'amélioration continue.
Notre collaborateur a par ailleurs un rôle transverse pour déployer le programme HS « construction » et développer une culture HS commune dans les autres pays où opère le groupe.
Gouvernance : Formaliser le programme HS « construction » annuel ; Formaliser la politique HS « construction » ; Définir et piloter l'organisation (comité HS, réunions, process, KPIs, etc.)
permettant de déployer le programme HS « construction » en impliquant et coordonnant toutes les parties prenantes concernées : collaborateurs client et notamment l'équipe « construction », maître d'œuvre, coordinateur SPS, préventeur HS, prestataires, etc.
; Définir la prestation du préventeur HS : audits, briefings HS, etc.
(en relation avec l'équipe « construction » qui gère le budget afférent) puis la superviser et en contrôler la bonne réalisation ; Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable HS « opération » sur les interfaces entre « construction » et « opération », les actions de sensibilisation HS, etc.
; Travailler en étroite collaboration avec ses homologues dans les autres pays où opère le groupe en partageant le programme, la politique, les bonnes pratiques, etc.
HS « construction » puis en vérifiant leur bonne application lors d'audits HS ; Rendre compte au Head of QHSE Sustainable Développent de la mise en œuvre du programme HS et l'alerter, le cas échéant, des difficultés rencontrées afin de définir ensemble les solutions à mettre en œuvre.
Terrain : Piloter ou s'assurer de la mise en œuvre des actions de sensibilisation HS ; S'assurer de la réalisation des analyses de risques liés aux High Risk Activities (HRA) et de l'intégration des mesures préventives afférentes dans les MOP, etc.
par toutes les parties prenantes concernées ; Réaliser des audits HS sur les chantiers « construction » ; Attribuer des cartons vert / jaune / rouge si nécessaire ; Piloter ou s'assurer de la formalisation puis de la mise en œuvre de tous les plans d'actions HS ; Réaliser les Root Cause Analysis (RCA) pour les accidents du travail, presque accidents, etc.

Administratif : Participer à la veille réglementaire HS et s'assurer du respect de toutes les exigences réglementaires HS ; Gérer les tableaux de bord et les KPIs HS (création, maintenance, etc.)
; Gérer la base de données HS afin d'assurer la bonne organisation, la disponibilité, la pertinence et la complétude de tous les documents HS nécessaires ; Participer à l'amélioration des outils HS ; Participer à la préparation des dossiers OPEX et CAPEX nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des plans d'actions HS ; Participer aux revues et la construction du budget annuel HS ; Être le référent HS vis-à-vis de l'inspection du travail, de la CRAMIF, etc.
; Être le référent HS « représentant et défendant » les positions vis-à-vis des clients.
Expérience requise : Plus de 15 ans d'expériences.
Localisation : Besoin des que possible sur la construction de data center près de MILAN, ITALIE.
Durée : 4 mois pour commencer.
Langues : Il faut parler Français, anglais fluent, et ITALIEN.
Connaissance de la règlementation italienne un plus.
