La figura avrà l'obiettivo di supportare la rete commerciale per l'analisi del Pricing e della profittabilità al fine di individuare la migliore strategia commerciale da proporre ai clienti esterni e interni. Di seguito le attività previste: Analizzare l'andamento del business dei clienti in preparazione di una potenziale trattativa commerciale Condurre un'analisi sulla redditività dei progetti in stretta collaborazione con gli uffici interni, assicurandosi che il flusso autorizzativo sia avviato correttamente Supportare il Pricing Manager nella raccolta di tutti gli input partecipando attivamente alla definizione della strategia di pricing più adatta ad ogni singola trattativa In riferimento alla partecipazione a gare, curare la compilazione dei report richiesti da clienti nazionali o internazionali in tema di pricing e costo del lavoro Collaborare con gli uffici interni per raccogliere le informazioni necessarie alla predisposizione degli studi tariffe Fornire i documenti, file e report necessari alla definizione delle tariffe, aggiornare gli studi master in caso di variazioni dei costi del lavoro assicurandosi che vengano condivisi Partecipare attivamente alle riunioni di allineamento con le diverse funzioni aziendali (Direzione Payroll; Ufficio legale; Ufficio crediti) al fine di avere una panoramica completa della singola trattativa in corso con il cliente Aggiornare i file tariffe dei singoli clienti in caso di variazioni dovute a modifiche di costo o sviluppi della trattativa commerciale Si offre: contratto di sostituzione maternità CCNL Commercio, IV- III livello da RAL 23K a RAL 25.800 + buoni pasto 5,16€ Benefit: formazione strutturata; ticket restaurant; convenzioni welfare; strumenti aziendali Sede di lavoro: Milano Prevista modalità ibrida: in presenza fino a 3 giorni di smartworking Orario: Full-time, Lun-Ven, 9:00-18:00
