They will stay updated on the technological evolutions of the mobile and desktop operating environments.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Support of CGM employees' end-user hardwareEnsure quality service delivery for IT environment at Business UnitAddress support requests submitted by CGM employees via the ticketing systemAssist with projects as defined by Team LeaderAssign and prepare new hire hardwareRetrieve leavers' hardwareMaintain the inventory of the Assets DatabaseTroubleshoot network, hardware, and software issuesSupport and maintain printers fleetMinimum Requirements:3-year IT related qualification5 years of IT Support work experienceItalian Language: Native/Fluency (C1-C2)English Language: Independent Usage (B1-B2)Microsoft Windows OS (Win.
