Job Title: Reliability & Maintenance Engineer
Summary: Ensure the optimal management, availability, and reliability of assets. Plan preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize maintenance costs and equipment downtime, ensuring effective and efficient plant operations. Responsibilities include measuring critical asset performance, managing data, implementing maintenance tasks, and identifying root causes of failures.
Responsibilities Include:
Apply methods and techniques for world-class maintenance.
Propose changes to improve machine reliability.
Develop Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for assets.
Measure critical asset performance, manage data, and implement tasks for reliability improvement.
Plan and manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities in the SAP system.
Process nonstock materials and contractor operations purchase requisitions using SAP.
Develop monthly maintenance cost reports and analyze them for cost reduction.
Coordinate with the Manager for technical maintenance materials purchase.
Define new spare parts codes and manage spare parts warehouse.
Perform Material Requirements Planning (MRP) weekly.
Provide technical support for mechanical and electro-instrumental issues.
Provide support for new facilities, projects, and equipment maintenance.
Interact with suppliers for quality control and quantity assurance.
Manage mechanical integrity and interface with government agencies for compliance.
Act as Mechanical Supervisor backup and ensure security compliance.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance tasks.
Demonstrated knowledge of statistical tools and engineering concepts.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Preferred:
Experience with statistical and probability methods.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
SAP experience.
3 years experience in a Reliability Engineer role.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
