The Site Engineering Lead is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of production equipment, particularly for the cyclotron, transfer system, synthesis modules, and dispensing robot. This role requires close collaboration with the Country Engineering Manager, Site Manager, and production team to monitor equipment performance and address any issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze system parameters to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and optimize production output.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely delivery of required components.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and address production-related issues.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Engineering or scientific degree.
- Minimum experience in an engineering department.
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
