Azienda: Our client is one of the leading Global Pharmaceuticals Vet Companies.
For their SFE International Team, we are looking for a: SFE SPECIALISTDescrizione Lavoro: Design and maintain sales force effectiveness systems, analytics and dashboards.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and support the creation and use of reports and dashboards that meet those needs.Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CRM and all related data, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.Provide sales reports for the sales department and the management team.Determine incentive eligibles and calculate the sales incentive plan.Support the definition of KPIs including sales results and field activities.Provide ad-hoc analysis to sales and marketing team based on sales and activity.Create compelling visualizations such as charts, graphs and dashboards to effectively communicate insights through various BI systems.Critically analyze data and provide suggestions to increase sales performance as a result of the analyses performed.Competenze ed esperienza: Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant departments in pharmaceuticals industry.An advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.Very good command of English both written and verbal.Strong planning, reporting and analytical skills with critical thinking.Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to relate to a wide range of individuals at all levels.Completa l'offerta: Great chance to develop SFE career.
