Customer Service Specialist for Post Sales Support

- Deliver effective solutions to customers with return/administrative queries by coordinating with internal resources.
- Monitor the status of the request and ensure it is resolved.
- Support the customer and act with integrity during post-sales activities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing regular updates and clarification.
- Observe the overall process and trends across inquiries and identify improvement areas.
Ability to demonstrate experience in taking ownership of customer issues. Proficiency in using SAP, Sales Force, and Excel. Passion for an agile and proactive approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.
