Based in Milan, this position requires a proven background in premium Menswear wholesale sales, alongside an extensive international network across key accounts and independents.
Duties ResponsibilitiesDevelop, drive and build on pre-existing key accounts alongside identifying and leading on new business opportunities across markets.Driving, monitoring and optimising sales performance, providing communication support in a timely manner, maximising opportunities across markets.Negotiating commercial terms, plans, pricing, distribution, special projects, marketing activations and store installations.Planning sales forecasting, exceeding company targets while identifying strategic opportunities for growth and expansion.Experience Skill RequirementsAn experienced operational and strategic Global Menswear Wholesale Sales ManagerPremium contemporary/Streetwear experience desirableA solid international network across independents and key accounts essentialCommercial, highly numerical and with a target driven approach.PL responsibilityA people managerStrong communication and organisational skillsA data driven approach and an ability to interpret analytics and financials into recommendations.Reporting and presenting skills.Fluent ItalianPlease note that international travel will be required for sales appointments and tradeshows.
