About the Job: As a Regional HR Director EMEA, you will play a vital role in setting, driving, and executing the HR strategic agenda across all the Countries of responsibility. You will be a key Partner to the business overseeing hiring, HR Management, people development and all the different aspects of the HR function. You will be functionally leading a team of HR Business Partners located in the main European countries.
Key Responsibilities: Establishing a regional HR action plan to contribute to business and financial objectivesProviding support and advisory to business leaders to help them driving growth and profitabilityManaging all the key HR processes across the employee lifecycle: Talent Acquisition & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Employer Branding, Employee EngagementPlaying a key role to attract, retain and develop the talents across the RegionSupporting and coaching the line managers to increase their team's engagementResponsible for HR planning, headcount control, right/downsizingImplementing the Group or BA HR policies and practices across the RegionSupporting the Merge & Integration Projects and Integration as the HR expert in the RegionKey Requirements: 8+ years of experience in an international HR Operations roleAbility to negotiate and influence at all levelsStrategic thinker with commercial acumen, coupled with data driven mindsetExcellent Communication skillsGood level of proficiency in EnglishIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact and grow alongside a dynamic team, seize this opportunity and join us at Yokohama TWS.
