About the Job

As a Regional HR Director EMEA, you will play a vital role in setting and executing the HR strategic agenda across all Countries of responsibility. You will oversee hiring, HR Management, people development, and other aspects of the HR function.

You will be functionally leading a team of HR Business Partners located in the main European countries. Key responsibilities include establishing a regional HR action plan to contribute to business objectives, supporting business leaders in driving growth and profitability, and managing key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will play a crucial role in attracting, retaining, and developing talents across the Region. Your support and coaching will help line managers increase their team's engagement.

You will be responsible for HR planning, headcount control, right-sizing, implementing Group or BA HR policies and practices across the Region, and supporting Merge & Integration Projects as the HR expert in the Region.

Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in an international HR Operations role
  • Able to negotiate and influence at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, coupled with data-driven mindset
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Good level of proficiency in English
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between €80,000 to €120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
