Nello specifico, sarai responsabile di queste attività:

Analizzare, classificare e registrare i reclami e aggiornare il registro reclami Individuare le problematiche riscontrate, la relativa ownership interna alla struttura liquidativa e procedere all'inoltro per l'istruttoria Predisporre e trasmettere il riscontro al cliente Analizzare le posizioni del sinistro e le relative contestazioni per verificare il corretto rispetto della normativa di settore al momento dell'istruzione e della liquidazione della posizione Organizzare meeting con strutture interne per risolvere anomalie di processo o di prodotto e individuare action plan condivisi Comprendere la natura e il merito delle doglianze esposte, verificare la loro fondatezza e redigere la comunicazione utile per dare risposta all'esponente Chi cerchiamo Sei il candidato o la candidata ideale se possiedi questi requisiti: Laurea in Giurisprudenza Conseguimento dell'Abilitazione all'Esercizio della Professione Forense Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in attività analoghe a quella indicata in uffici reclami di intermediari o di imprese assicurative Comprensione delle priorità e rispetto delle scadenze Completa autonomia nello svolgimento delle mansioni e ottime capacità relazionali Sarebbe fantastico se Oltre ai requisiti di base, valuteremo con particolare attenzione queste caratteristiche: Esperienza nella liquidazione sinistri Rca Esperienza in attività di audit Conoscenza del quadro normativo vigente e degli orientamenti dell'IVASS e dell'AGCM
