What We Will Do Together?
You will spearhead our market expansion in Korea. As a Team Leader, you are pivotal in driving our mobile SDK adoption, "MyChips," and enhancing relationships with brands, media agencies, and app developers across the region. Your role involves leading a dynamic team, setting KPIs, and ensuring that strategic objectives align with company goals.

What will you do?

Have full responsibility for MAF performance in the Korean market, working closely with the CEO and C-level to define the roadmap for the next years.

Establish sales objectives and strategy within the managed territory.

Effectively lead and motivate a dedicated sales and operations team.

Represent MAF at key industry conferences and events, seizing opportunities to speak and present.

Cultivate long-term partnerships with strategic clients and gather competitive intelligence to identify industry trends.

Synthesize client feedback to aid in product development and roadmap planning.

What will you need?

Fluency in English and Korean.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.

Minimum 2 years of experience in app or games economy, established network among mobile app developers.

Knowledge in rewarded & Offerwall advertising platforms.

Proven management experience leading a team.

Business network, used to present to C-level executives.

Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy.

Fast learning capacity, reliability, and a proactive can-do attitude.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and creative thinking skills.

Outstanding active listening skills.

Salary will depend on actual experience and knowledge.

This position is fully remote, ideally with the candidate based in Seoul, South Korea.
