Il nostro cliente, trasformatore di film richiudibili destinati principalmente per il packaging alimentare, ci ha affidato la ricerca di un professionista per ricoprire la posizione di Quality and RD manager per supportare e valorizzare la crescita e gli investimenti in corso.Posizione:Il candidato, oggetto della nostra ricerca, riporterà alla direzione generale ed avrà i seguenti compiti:Gestione e coordinamento del sistema qualitàPartecipare alla definizione della struttura organizzativa, procedure aziendali e metodologie operative ai fini della qualità.Gestire procedure e adempimenti qualità e conformità della materia prima, in lavorazione e finita, sia nei reparti interni che presso i fornitori.Organizzare le riunioni di Riesame e le Verifiche Ispettive.Analizzare non conformità prodotto/processo e definire le azioni correttive.Pianificare, organizzare e gestire le azioni per il miglioramento continuo della qualità.Gestire le relazioni con Enti di Certificazione (BRC) e seguire in prima persona la relativa certificazione.Ricerca e SviluppoGuidare lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e applicazioni alternative di quelli esistenti, ricercando il miglioramento continuo delle prestazioni tecniche del prodotto e perseguendo la costante riduzione dei costi.Coordinare e mantenere i contatti con clienti e fornitori al fine di garantire l'efficace implementazione di nuove soluzioni di prodotto.Stesura, monitoraggio e analisi dei dati tecnici per garantire l'efficienza dei processi.Gestione delle schede prodotto.Partecipazione ai progetti di ricerca e sviluppo, contribuendo con innovazioni e soluzioni tecniche.Requisiti:Esperienza presso aziende modernamente organizzate e orientate ai mercati nazionali ed esteri del settore plastico.Preparazione tecnica e conoscenza dei materiali polimerici e delle loro principali tecniche di trasformazione.Conoscenza ed esperienza nella conduzione dei principali test su materiali e manufatti.Conoscenza degli standard e procedure per il Controllo Qualità.Conoscenza della normativa e principi HACCP.Abitudine a relazionarsi esternamente con Clienti/Fornitori di respiro internazionale.Predisposizione a lavorare in team.Buon utilizzo del computer, buona conoscenza del pacchetto office, in particolare Excel, aver utilizzato ERP aziendali, conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte, giornaliere per visite a fornitori/clienti.Altre informazioni:La retribuzione sarà commisurata alla esperienza professionale maturata ed alla posizione offerta.
Rapporto di lavoro dipendente a tempo pieno e indeterminato livello A del contratto CCNL Gomma plastica.
La sede di lavoro è in provincia di Padova.
