ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Rovereto Plant (TN). As Production Area Manager, you have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring volumes and excellent quality standards.
Main responsibilities: Management of the efficiency and OEE KPIsGuarantee the production output of the area in order to respect the industrial plansManagement of quality KPIsProduction Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levelsResponsibility of the quality of the parts produced in his ShopKnowledge and application of delegation mechanismTraining and Development of direct team membersCritical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap,…)Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methodsKnowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergenciesKnowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential riskCollaboration with Manufacturing Engineering department to develop continuous improvement projectsPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Master's Degree in EngineeringAt least 3 years of experiencePrevious experience as manufacturing area manager is appreciatedKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)Strong managerial skillsStrong project management skillsProblem-solving attitudeGood relationship skillsWHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
