Job Opportunity: Production Area Manager

We are seeking a motivated and enterprising talent to join our Rovereto Plant team as a Production Area Manager. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for managing efficiency and OEE KPIs, guaranteeing production output, and ensuring quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Management of efficiency and OEE KPIs
  • Guaranteeing production output and respecting industrial plans
  • Management of quality KPIs and production programming
  • Responsibility for quality of parts produced in the shop
  • Training and development of direct team members
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing management
  • Previous experience as manufacturing area manager is appreciated
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)
