Main Purpose of JobSells products by maintaining and expanding customer base, develops and manages staff.Key Responsibilities - Successfully leads a regional sales team to meet annual sales, profit, and budgetary goals;- Handles the business by managing the planning, organization and execution of all sales activities;- Evaluates and implements sales objectives and strategies according to the country's objectives and policies;- Participates in the country planning and review processes;- Reviews and consolidates sales plan to contribute to the regional sales plan;- Negotiates with important accounts and group purchasing departments;- Executes new product launches in the area of responsibility;- Builds and maintains relationships with customers and physicians;- Plans and organizes the activities of the regional team;- Develops and manages people;- Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures;Education Required University degree or 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Skills and experienceGood knowledge of English (listening and writing).
