Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

- Identify the categories of transport services required and/or needs of all people who need to move in the Olympic venues during the Olympic Games;
- Focus and negotiate stakeholders' needs, to guarantee their high satisfaction by planning a transport system that is smart and efficient and defining all related services based on clients' needs;
- To manage at best with efficiency all transport services during both planning and operational stage of the Games; to plan all vehicles needs in a quality and quantity prospective, managing all related activities to make them available in the planned timeline;
- Collaborate to ensure relationships with other functional areas of the Foundation and with related stakeholders to negotiate the best transport solutions in compliance with the general concept and stakeholder needs;
- Ensure the Level of Services (LoS) to be in line with customer need and formalize them to get the approval by customers;
- Assist in drafting PSLA and DSLA documents and negotiated service level agreements.

- Education: Bachelor degree;
- At least 5 years of work experience;
- Able to interact and organize activities independently, available to share information and negotiate;
- Able in people & vehicles management: to deliver a service, problem solving and planning/operations management;
- Experienced in clients' relationship in a structured and sport institutional organization;
- Experienced in transport planning both in sport events or others, at an international level;
- Experienced in fleet management for big events or in international companies;
- Foreign languages: English Level C2.
