Ruolo: Ruolo: Business Analysis Professional Location: Roma Smartworking: possibile per questa posizione     Il nostro team è alla ricerca di una risorsa da assumere con il ruolo di Data Analysis Professional nell'area di Trade & Consumer Analysis and Planning, che guiderà il team nelle attività di analisi della customer base online dei prodotti Lotterie (Gratta e Vinci, Giochi Lotto, Lotteria Italia), con l'obiettivo di estrarre insight data-driven utili al business.
Attività principali: La risorsa si concentrerà sull'analisi dei dati raccolti dai siti online e dai touch point digitali ed in particolare si occuperà di:   Coordinare il lavoro del team,  impostando i processi di analisi, suddividendo le attività e le responsabilità tra i suoi componenti, garantendo gli output delle analisi;  Assicurare la produzione e la distribuzione della reportistica quotidiana , settimanale, mensile e trimestrale di responsabilità del Team; Disegnare e quando necessario eseguire in prima persona le analisi ad hoc necessarie a rispondere ai temi di business di responsabilità del Team, quando necessario assicurando il coordinamento con le Business Unit coinvolte ; Individuare e comunicare efficacemente i business insights emergenti dalle analisi svolte; Individuare e implementare le opportunità di automazione nell'acquisizione e nel trattamento dei dati e nelle analisi , in coordinamento con i colleghi delle altre funzioni coinvolte (IT in primis) Requisiti: Background specifico nell'analisi dei dati e nella trasposizione dei risultati in insight di business Eccellente padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare conoscenza Excel a livello avanzato e Power Point Buona conoscenza del tool di analisi SAS; preferibilmente dell'applicativo Enterprise GuidCapacità di team leadership e attitudine al lavoro in team Esperienza nel settore del gaming gradita L'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese costituirà titolo preferenziale Esperienza professionale/Seniority: La risorsa deve avere maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo similare.
