Business Analyst and Implementation Specialist: Reporting to the COO, assisting with the business' functions of (i) strategy and digital, (ii) data and analytics, (iii) strategy and business development, and (iv) serving as the central point of the organization helping to drive its strategic business agenda. This position will work closely with the business' data and analytics team, the strategy team, and other key stakeholders. The data and analytics group has been and will continue to employ cutting edge and state-of-the-art tools that will help us achieve our goals.

The responsibilities of the applicant could vary and can expand depending on the qualifications of the person in this role.

Work closely within the data and analytics teams to take newly designed tools and implement them into the field and for key stakeholders. Work with key stakeholders to understand the need for reporting tools in order to drive efficiency and add value. Collaborate closely with the strategy team, IT, and marketing teams to ensure the proper implementation of analytics tools and manage the process. Attend meetings in place of the COO as needed. Assist the COO with creating and developing the business' overall strategy. Monitor the industry's competitors and stay up to date on industry news (depending on the applicant). Assist the COO to develop and vet ideas to further develop the IA business whether it be through product or distribution.
