Global Business Development Manager

**Posizione:
- Gaining a deep understanding of the Global Gift Card Business with specific focus on the Italian market
- Defining a sales strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Sales with the aim of both targeting new B2B outbound leads and making the existing clients' sales grow.
- To keep business relationships with existing clients, with the aim of both make the sales grow and to expand sales opportunities within other departments of the same companies
- To Develop new business on new prospect clients
- Working in unity with the other Incentive & Reward global team members and the other commercial teams to ensure a unified approach for customers, ultimately achieving the goals of the commercial strategy and revenue goals
**Requisiti:
- Sales-driven approach, hunger and eagerness to reach and overcome sales results
- Natural predisposition for gaining contacts & maintaining relations
- Demonstrable abilities at liaising with B2B company stakeholders, from managers to C-levels
- Previous experience in Sales Management roles within the Gift Cards, Loyalty, Incentive, Reward industries
- Highly consultative approach to building customer relations
- Confidence and eagerness to be part of a bigger global Team, as well as willingness to contribute in developing Amilon Global business
- Superb communicator both verbal and written with strong ability to decrypt client needs and summarize them in a problem-solving perspective
- Well organized for personal and Teams's comfort, hygiene of work and business interest
- Confident in being able to pitch and negotiate, but also grow company profitability by proactively propose new sales methodologies best applicable on the different international countries
- Ability to travel for clients' visits
- Mother-tongue English, German/Italian nice-to have
